FoddyConsult is a rapidly expanding property consultancy providing planning, affordable housing, development and property investor services. The firm was established by John Foddy in May 2012 who was previously an Equity Partner at King Sturge. In June 2011, John took the decision to establish his own business and he is now joined by David Ashworth as a co-director.
In addition to the core consultancy services, FoddyConsult also provides advice concerning residential development agency, public affairs and community planning. The firm has also built strong alliances with a number of highly regarded specialists within the fields of environmental planning, heritage, highways/transportation, master-planning, design and commercial property investment.
