PLANNING & COMMERCIAL ASSET VALUE MAXIMISATION

  • Providing planning inputs to support the client’s requirements to improve the asset value and letting potential of this part occupied office building.
  • Working with the client’s asset management team to deliver a realisable and cost effective upgrade strategy for the property.
  • To act as a planning and project consultant relating to leading the design and technical team, covering project scope, negotiations with the Planning Authority, other stakeholders and existing tenants.
  • To deliver the whole planning process and community/tenant engagement process.
